1. Who is responsible
The controller for the information described here is ReparatiePartner, registered in the Netherlands under KVK 42085208, VAT NL005484187B64. You can contact us about personal data through the website's contact form.
This notice covers reparatiepartner.nl and correspondence and arrangements arising from contact with ReparatiePartner. Access to data stored on equipment supplied for repair is agreed separately according to the order.
2. Information we receive
The form sends your name, email address and message. You may also provide your company name, phone number, equipment types and expected repair volume. The message is delivered to our mailbox; the form does not create a public user profile.
Website visits and form submissions may involve technical information needed for the connection and security, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. Form protection uses an IP address hash and submission attempt times; it is not an advertising tool.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We answer enquiries and communicate with company representatives on the basis of our legitimate interests in correspondence and managing business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you are personally a party to a prospective or existing contract, we process the information needed to prepare or perform it under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Information needed to meet legal obligations, including accounting requirements, is processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Website security, spam prevention and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims are legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing information is voluntary. Required form fields are needed to handle your enquiry; without them the form cannot be submitted. Acknowledging that you have read this notice is not marketing consent. We do not use form data for advertising profiling.
4. Service providers and recipients
Website hosting and email are provided by LH.pl Sp. z o.o., established in Poland. According to the provider, its hosting infrastructure is located in Poland, within the European Economic Area. LH.pl processes information needed to operate the website, mailbox and security of those services.
IT support providers may also process information where necessary for support. When fulfilling an order, necessary details may be shared with accounting support and a carrier. We disclose data to authorised bodies where required by law. We do not sell contact details.
Contact through WhatsApp also involves processing by that provider, including international processing described in its privacy policy. Transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate protection mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for information about the safeguards. More about WhatsApp appears in the external services section.
5. How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept until the matter has been handled. Afterwards, we retain only information needed to fulfil arrangements, handle warranty matters, comply with legal duties or establish and defend claims, for the period arising from that purpose and applicable rules. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Technical and antispam records are kept for as long as needed to secure the service and investigate incidents. They are not used to follow your activity on other websites. You can use the contact form to ask about retention for your particular matter.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The RP website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or visitor profiling tools. The website does not save completed form fields in cookies or local browser storage. The language version is determined by the page address.
If we later add features using non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will explain them and obtain any required consent before they are activated. Refusing will be as easy as accepting, and consent can be withdrawn.
7. WhatsApp and social media
The WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook buttons are links to external services. Merely displaying these links does not load those services' widgets or advertising pixels on our website. After opening a service, its provider's rules also apply.
If you choose WhatsApp, that provider receives information about your use of its service. We receive your message and the contact details available in the conversation. WhatsApp Ireland Limited describes international processing and safeguards in its own privacy policy. You can use our website form instead.
8. Your rights and contact
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where a particular activity relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Submit requests through the contact form. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is permitted, we explain it within that month. Where needed, we verify identity in a way proportionate to the request. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or another competent supervisory authority.
We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you. We update this notice when the website or data processing changes; the update date appears at the top.
